A day after Late Night With Jimmy Fallon inadvertently took the leap into the political arena thanks to The Roots' controversial song choice for guest Michele Bachmann, congresswoman from Minnesota and polarizing GOP presidential candidate, Fallon took to the Tweetsphere to apologize to Bachmann in a tweet sent out yesterday evening: “I'm honored that [Bachmann] was on our show yesterday and I'm so sorry about the intro mess.
